How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express via PayPal. Simply follow the checkout steps on PayPal’s secure site as you would for any other web order.

All orders will be processed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).

Where can I find my discount voucher and where do I enter the code?
You will receive discount vouchers/codes when you subscribe to our website (10% off on your first purchase) and when we email our subscribers about our occasional special offers. From the checkout page, you can input your discount code in the box provided. The price is updated accordingly and, on that same page, you finalise your order.

How do I pre-order the product?
For pre-ordering method:
1. Production for pre-order garments requires 3 – 4 weeks. You will receive an order confirmation form after you place the order.
2. A notification email will be sent to you before we ship the garment.
3. Please provide your specific address for the successful shipping of the garment. (Please click here at Shipping and Delivery for more details.)
4. Full payment of the product will be charged when the order is placed.
5. Cancellation is not allowed once the order is placed and paid.

I haven’t received a shipping confirmation email?
Please allow one business day for shipping confirmation emails to come through, or until the next business day if ordering over a weekend. Sometimes our emails can also get sent to your junk or spam folders if we are not added as a contact.

How do I look after my product?
